Personal data is any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (hereinafter referred to as "data subject").
An identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person.

III Collection and storage of personal data when visiting the website
Each time you visit our website https://mo-jet.com, the browser you use automatically transmits information to our website server. The following information is collected and stored until it is automatically deleted:
-IP address of the requesting computer,
-Date and time of access,
-name and URL of the file accessed,
-the referrer URL, i.e. the website from which the access was made,
-information about the type of browser used,

This data is only stored temporarily in a so-called log file. This does not affect the user's IP addresses or other data that allow the data to be assigned to a user. This data is not stored together with other personal data of the user. When using this data, we do not draw any conclusions about the data subject.
The legal basis for this processing is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the provision of a functional website with correctly delivered content, in the optimization of our systems and in providing law enforcement authorities with the information necessary for prosecution in the event of a cyber attack. As soon as there is no longer a legitimate interest and there is no legal obligation to retain this data, it is routinely deleted.
We also use cookies and analytics and marketing services. You can find more information on this in sections IV, V and VI of this privacy policy.
IV. Cookies
We use cookies on our website. Cookies are small text files that your browser automatically creates and that can be stored on your end device. This cookie contains a characteristic string of characters that enables the browser to be uniquely identified when the website is called up again. This does not mean that we obtain direct knowledge of your identity.
On the one hand, the use of cookies serves to make the use of our website more pleasant for you. In addition, we use cookies to optimize user-friendliness and our website and for statistical purposes.
We use so-called session cookies to recognize that you have already visited individual pages of our website. These cookies are automatically deleted after you leave our site. We also use temporary cookies, which are stored on your device for a specified period of time. If you visit our site again, it is automatically recognized that you have already visited us and which entries and settings you have made so that you do not have to enter them again. The data collected includes the frequency of page views, search terms entered and the use of website functions.
The use of cookies for the statistical collection and evaluation of our website is described in more detail in section V. These cookies enable us to automatically recognize that you have already visited our website when you visit it again. These cookies are automatically deleted after a defined period of time.
The data processed by cookies is required for the purposes mentioned to safeguard our legitimate interests and those of third parties in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the provision of a functional and user-friendly website.
Most browsers accept cookies automatically. However, you can configure your browser so that no cookies are stored on your computer or a message always appears before a new cookie is created. However, completely deactivating cookies may mean that you cannot use all the functions of our website.
V. Use of analysis services (Google Analytics)
We use Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (hereinafter: "Google") (https://www.google.de/intl/de/about/) for the purpose of designing and continuously optimizing our pages to meet your needs.
We use Google Analytics on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR. In doing so, we want to ensure that our website is designed to meet requirements and is continuously optimized. On the other hand, we use the tracking measures to statistically record the use of our website and to evaluate it for the purpose of optimizing our offer for you. These interests are to be regarded as legitimate within the meaning of the aforementioned provision.
In this context, pseudonymized user profiles are created and cookies (see section IV.) are used. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website, such as
-Browser type/version,
-operating system used,
-referrer URL (the previously visited page),
-host name of the accessing computer (IP address),
-time of the server request,
are generally transmitted to a Google server and stored there. Under certain circumstances, the data may also be transferred to Google servers in the USA. Due to Google's certification under the EU-US Privacy Shield, the European Commission has determined that Google has an adequate level of data protection.
The above-mentioned information may also be transferred to third parties if this is required by law or if third parties process this data on our behalf. Under no circumstances will the IP address transmitted by your browser be merged with other Google data. The IP addresses are anonymized so that they cannot be assigned (IP masking). Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there.
Google will use this information on our behalf to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity and to provide us with other services relating to website activity and internet usage.
You may refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser, however please note that if you do this you may not be able to use the full functionality of this website. You can also prevent the collection of data generated by the cookie and related to your use of the website (including your IP address) and the processing of this data by Google by downloading and installing a browser add-on (https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de). As an alternative to the browser add-on, especially for browsers on mobile devices, you can also prevent Google Analytics from collecting data by clicking on the following LINKs:
- Cookie deactivation page of the network advertising initiative: http://optout.networkadvertising.org/?c=1#!/
- Cookie deactivation page of the US website: http://optout.aboutads.info/?c=2#!/
- Cookie deactivation page of the European website: http://optout.networkadvertising.org/?c=1#!/
An opt-out cookie is set to prevent the future collection of your data when you visit this website. The opt-out cookie is stored on your device and is only valid in this browser and only for our website. If you delete the cookies in this browser, you must set the opt-out cookie again.
Further information on data protection in connection with Google Analytics can be found in the Google Analytics help section: https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/6004245?hl=de.
VI Use of marketing services (Google Ads)
We have integrated the Google Ads service on our website. Google Ads is an internet advertising service that allows you to place ads in Google's search engine results as well as in the Google advertising network. The operating company of this service is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.
Google Ads is used on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR. We want to ensure that our website is advertised in a targeted and needs-based manner. In connection with the tracking measures described in section V., the use of the advertising offers on our website is statistically recorded and evaluated for the purpose of optimizing our offer for you. These interests are to be regarded as legitimate within the meaning of the aforementioned provision.
The purpose of Google Ads is to promote our website by displaying advertisements on the websites of third-party companies and in Google search results, as well as by displaying third-party advertisements on our website.
Google Ads ads are analyzed using Google Conversion Tracking to statistically evaluate and improve our offer. Google Ads places a cookie (see section IV.) on your computer if you have reached our website via a Google ad. These cookies lose their validity after 30 days and are not used for personal identification. If the user visits certain pages of the Ads customer's website and the cookie has not yet expired, Google and the customer can recognize that the user clicked on the ad and was redirected to this page.
Each Ads customer receives a different cookie. Cookies can therefore not be tracked via the websites of Ads customers. The information collected using the conversion cookie is used to generate conversion statistics for Ads customers who have opted for conversion tracking. Ads customers are told the total number of users who clicked on their ad and were redirected to a page with a conversion tracking tag. However, they do not receive any information with which users can be personally identified. If you do not wish to participate in the tracking process, you can also refuse the setting of a cookie required for this - for example, by using a browser setting that generally deactivates the automatic setting of cookies. You can also deactivate cookies for conversion tracking by setting your browser to block cookies from the domain "www.googleadservices.com".
You can find more information and Google's privacy policy on conversion tracking here: https://support.google.com/google-ads/answer/1722022?hl=de and https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=de
We also use Google Tag Manager on our website. Google Tag Manager is a solution that allows marketers to manage website tags via an interface. The Tag Manager tool itself (which implements the tags) is a cookie-free domain and does not collect any personal data. The tool triggers other tags, which in turn may collect data. Google Tag Manager does not access this data. If a deactivation has been made at domain or cookie level, this remains in place for all tracking tags that are implemented with Google Tag Manager.
Our website also uses Google's remarketing function. This technology is used to present interest-based advertisements to visitors to the website as part of the Google Partner Network. The advertisements are displayed using cookies, which are used to analyze user behavior when visiting the website and can then be used for targeted product recommendations and interest-based advertising. On these pages, the visitor can then be presented with advertisements that relate to content that the visitor has previously accessed on websites that use Google's remarketing technology. According to Google, it does not collect any personal data during this process. Further information can be found here https://www.google.de/tagmanager/use-policy.html and here https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads?hl=de.
If you do not wish to receive interest-based advertising via Google Remarketing technology, you can deactivate the use of cookies by Google for these purposes by making the appropriate settings under the following link:

For the personal data from the input screen of the contact form, this is the case when the respective conversation with the user has ended. The conversation is ended when it can be inferred from the circumstances that the matter in question has been conclusively clarified.
If the contact request results in a contractual or contract initiation relationship, the legal basis for further data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. b GDPR.
You have the option to revoke your consent to the processing and storage of your data at any time with effect for the future. To do so, please contact the controller named in Section I. (in writing, by email or by telephone). The data from the previous communication will then be deleted and no further conversation will be possible.
IX. Integration of social media components and plugins
We use social media plugins from the social networks Facebook, Twitter, Xing and LinkedIn on our website on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR in order to make our website and our company better known. The underlying advertising purpose is to be regarded as a legitimate interest within the meaning of the GDPR. You can recognize these plugins by the Facebook logo (white "f" on a blue tile), a "thumbs up" sign or buttons labeled "LIKE" or "SHARE". This is an offer from Facebook. When you visit a page on our website that contains such a plugin, your browser establishes a direct connection with the Facebook servers. The content of the plugin is transmitted by Facebook directly to your browser, which integrates it into the website. By integrating the plugins, Facebook receives the information that your browser has accessed the corresponding page of our website, even if you do not have a Facebook account or are not currently logged in to Facebook. This information (including your IP address) is transmitted directly from your browser to a Facebook server in the USA and stored there. If you are logged in to Facebook, Facebook can directly associate your visit to our website with your Facebook account. If you interact with the plugins, for example by clicking the "LIKE" or "SHARE" button, the corresponding information is also transmitted directly to a Facebook server and stored there. The information is also published on Facebook and - depending on your Facebook settings - displayed to your Facebook friends.
Facebook can use this information for the purposes of advertising, market research and the needs-based design of Facebook pages. For this purpose, Facebook creates usage, interest and relationship profiles, e.g. to evaluate your use of our website with regard to the advertisements displayed to you on Facebook, to inform other Facebook users about your activities on our website and to provide other services associated with the use of Facebook.
If you do not want Facebook to assign the data collected via our website to your Facebook account, you must log out of Facebook before visiting our website.

Accordingly, we use the Facebook pixel to display the Facebook ads placed by us only to those Facebook users who have also shown an interest in our online offer or who have certain characteristics (e.g. interests in certain topics or products determined on the basis of the websites visited) that we transmit to Facebook (so-called "custom audiences"). With the help of the Facebook pixel, we also want to ensure that our Facebook ads correspond to the potential interest of users and are not annoying. With the help of the Facebook pixel, we can also track the effectiveness of Facebook ads for statistical and market research purposes by seeing whether users were redirected to our website after clicking on a Facebook ad (so-called "conversion").
The purpose and scope of the data collection and the further processing and use of the data by Facebook as well as your rights in this regard and setting options to protect your privacy can be found in Facebook's data protection information (https://de-de.facebook.com/privacy/explanation).
